This hotel is nice, and has everything I need like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff once helped me find my lost ID card, and I appreciate their support. I recommend enjoying the plunge pool. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

decent location with great view to the sea over the pool and garden. large bed, fairly clean bathroom and a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area in the room. with wake-up service available and especially helpful staff in another hotel = manager.

family-friendly, family-friendly, family-friendly
I loved the proximity to a family-friendly beach, just a short walk away, where the shallow waters made it safe for my kids to play. The vibrant, well-maintained garden areas filled with exotic plants were perfect for leisurely strolls. The buffet offered a diverse array of dishes, consistently available until the end of meal hours, ensuring that we never went hungry!
would recommend 🌊❤️

Cleanliness of the rooms, design, beach access. The staff was also ok, the speak English fairly well and are amiable.
This is not really an all season hotel and the quality of the services strongly depends on the number of the clients. We stayed there in April for two days, Friday and Saturday and I think in the first day me and my family (4 persons) were the only clients in the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 7- 8 o'clock pm and we took the diner at the hotel restaurant. The meal was very basic, the taste acceptable but too expensive for the quality we got. I suppose they opened the restaurant only for us and they cooked whatever they had in the freezer for hotel staff (chicken breast on the grill with mashed potatoes and salad). The breakfast choices were also very limited. I do not recommend this hotel off season unless you travel in large groups.

Our family encountered a severe fruit fly infestation. Despite the nice facilities, the staff could offer no solutions. I recommend steering clear of this place unless they address their cleanliness problems. Ensure proper arrangements for drinking water before your stay.

Room was spaciouse and nice. Food was decent.
Jacuzzis were not hot, pools were not heated. All inclusive is not worth the money.

Close to the seaside, great play areas for the kids, best I have seen in Bulgaria (both indoor and outdoor, kids pool)
It was sometimes very smelly..I think the smell came from the "river" close to the hotel. The bathroom in our room was not a pleasent one, it had serious mould problems and also smelled very bad. The all-inclusive was same, same and same food everyday and all the dishes with this Bulgarian spice which we didn´t like

missingWrote a review on 24 Augspacious layoutbeach proximitymaintenance issues
The family room features a spacious layout for a comfortable stay. Proximity to the beach is a major plus, allowing quick access for morning swims and sunbathing.
The bathroom door didn't shut properly due to swelling. No walk-in shower means standing in the bath for a shower, and missing seals on the shower glass resulted in a flooded floor. The lack of sunbeds and parking spaces creates chaos during peak hours. Dining options felt rushed and limited, leading to frustration. An evening with a fruit fly infestation compromised our comfort. Not enough attention to cleanliness and maintenance can diminish the overall experience.

The Bulgarian traditional evening.
Staff's lack of professionalism: poor English speakers to the reception, rather dirty tables in the eating area (from a customer to another), room cleaning resumes to emptying trash and preparing beds. The parking area is totaly unimproved. The restaurant has only 3 stars, but this to be found out only there. The food in all inclusive option is poor (and we are not at all picky persons): canned meat, 1 kind of soup, orange juice coloured yellow and so on. Waiting to refill the food is sometimes a question of luck and the customers use the principle "take once as much as you can". Overall aspect of canteen. The acces to the beach is unexpectedly "wild". Attention to the commision when paying with card (2% credit card, 1% debit card) - not mentioned on Booked.net. Definitely, we do not recommend the hotel.

The rooms were ok and I liked also the sauna (10 leva/person).It was quite cold in the room but they provided a warm air fan.
Most of the staff didn't speak english. Breakfast can be improved. The buffet is just for bread, coffee and tea + a continental breakfast.

They do not have a clue of how to run what they call a 4 star Hotel. It is a very poor copy of a decent western Hotel with limited and poorly trained personnel targeting customers who have probably not seen a 4 star hotel before in their lives. The only reason why one would choose this Hotels that there are not many decent alternatives around, which is also the reason why they do not care about their customers returning and it is so badly managed

Very close to the beach (2 minute walk from the hotel). Close to Sozopol (not walking distance though). Spacious rooms. Nice hotel and a lot of facilities.
Outdoor pool is not heated. Breakfast was cold. No bathtub. Limited sea view.
